Orchestrating Technology.

Bridging the gap between complex architecture and human usability.

Director of Technology Services | Integration Specialist | Speaker

I am an IT strategist with the soul of a chef. My career began in the culinary world, managing high-pressure kitchens where precision and team placement were everything. Today, I apply that same discipline—mise en place—to technology. I architect systems that talk to each other so your people can talk to the world.

System Integration

Designing "Full Stack" integrations that eliminate data silos and create unified systems across HRIS, M365, and enterprise platforms.

Identity & Access

Microsoft Entra ID, M365 security, and Single Sign-On (SSO) environments that balance robust security with seamless user experience.

Human-Centric UX

Translating rigid backend requirements into flexible frontend workflows that non-technical users can navigate with confidence.

The "Universal Truth" Integration

Role: Lead Architect

The Challenge

An organization was drowning in data silos. HRIS, Microsoft 365, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Payroll were all speaking different languages, leading to data entry fatigue and compliance risks.

The Solution

I architected a custom "Full Stack" integration connecting the custom-built HRIS directly with M365, Entra ID, the LMS, and the Payroll platform.

The Impact

  • Reliability: Created a universally reliable "Single Source of Truth"
  • Efficiency: Automated user provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Security: Tightened access controls via Entra ID sync
